Please agree and share.. COVID AND CLIMATE CRISIS Human beings are currently at war with a microscopic virus called Corona Virus, and the fight against the virus is ongoing. A majority of the human world is staying at home while frontline staff battle the virus which is invisible to human-eye. Corona Virus Disease (COVID) impacted everyone in one way or other and it will change our lives forever. This virus did not discriminate any race, religion, gender or age group. The virus made us much more conscious and disciplined at homes and in public spaces. The world nations, despite their differences, came together to deal with this tiny virus. COVID crisis shows that we can achieve a great deal if we work together. Climate crisis are much more evident and visible to human eye. Nature and human beings are interdependent. She is the provider of us all, but if we continue to fight her, human race do not have a chance as a successful species. Pandemics like COVID are the after-effects of rapid deforestation happening across the world and experts say that infectious diseases will continue to happen as wildlife keep losing their homes they move into human settlement areas and farms in search of food. The scientific world is frightened about the after-effects of the climate crisis and it will be brutal than the COVID crisis. However, if all of us work together like the frontline warriors, we will be able to reverse the effect of the climate crisis. AIM OF THIS CAMPAIGN To reach and mobilise 7.8 billion of us, to learn from each other, to work together and to become champions of the planet. To create a platform which showcase and bring together individuals for the planet, with the enemy being our own weaknesses. WHO IS A CHAMPION? A champion is the one who makes conscious lifestyle choices every day. For example, a person who decides not to throw away food anymore, a parent choosing public transport or walking during the school run, a young person choosing sustainable wardrobe over fast fashion, a person creating a zero waste business, a scientist working for biodiversity, a school/university choose to print less, a celebrity or an influencer who can impact the lives of the followers by making conscious choices that are kind to the planet. #Team-4 -Lotta -Rejina -Elisa -Jean

Businesses create jobs and bring development and growth to a country. Food and fashion industry is a major pollutant on the planet. Fast fashion and fast food have impacted food and cloth production in a major way. The unethical treatment of animals in the animal factories and prolonged working hours of factory workers to produce cheap clothing has been a controversy for so long. We want to bring consciousness to modern business, promote fair trade and reduce waste. Happiness first profit second! A happiness index to all involved in business. On a website we will give positive examples of businesses who achieved profit and employee and customer happiness while increasing their profit at once. We engage other businesses to share their examples and best practices as well - also giving them a stage to improve their green image. #team1 Clemens Deivis Rejina

Thank you for participating today! Hope to see you around in the community for future events too 😄🌱 This idea is really interesting! It's quite similar to what We Don't Have Time is doing with the climate review system (💚💡⚠️), trying to inspire with good examples and put pressure on those who need to do more. What do you think about this? Could the We Don't Have Time platform be improved in some way to help you realize this idea? Good luck sharing it and getting agrees! 🙏
