Picture from 2021 telling the story about a how we keep a healthy body and why we need to drink a lot of water. However our focus and deception is now all about the plastic bottle and how we're going to get rid of it after drinking the water. Meaning that even if you don't care - the world around us will change the way we see things. Which means that focus on the Climate is moving forward as we speak - even though it moves rather slow.

As it is essential in keeping our bodies healthy, it's also essential saying NO to plastics as is more often used in packaging the water and we ought to otherwise find packaging alternatives asap.

Are we facing the real facts. Overpopulation makes a very big impact to the climate change globally. Population on earth: 1804 : 1 billion 1927 : 2 billion 1959 : 3 billion 1974 : 4 billion 1987 : 5 billion 1999 : 6 billion 2011 : 7 billion 2021 : 7,8 billion Solution ? Many population experts believe the answer lies in improving the health of women and children in developing nations. By reducing poverty and infant mortality, increasing women’s and girls’ access to basic human rights (health care, education, economic opportunity), educating women about birth control options and ensuring access to voluntary family planning services, women will choose to limit family size.

And living like there is no tomorrow isn’t helping matters! The privilege enjoys buying temporary relief but spells the paradise lost when the money’s worthlessness hits reality. Waking up from the intoxication while ‘some little’ time still exists is critical. Make lots of noise in your circle as the alarm must sound now!

This chart should also show birth rates. Birth rates are already dropping globally. The reason we are seeing a growing population is improved medical care. But your point stands. Social poverty seems to be strongly correlated with birthrates. I just think that solving this is an even hairier beast than solving climate change. And: since the newborns grow up in poverty, their co2 footprint is very low in the first place. While solving this is an important long term goal, I personally don't see this as a point with a long lever for tackling climate change.

You won’t get pictures like this if we don’t take care of our climate 🙏🏻 or you can look at it as the metaphor for the Butterfly effect: a little effort somewhere with a huge impact somewhere else 😀
