Passionate about creating a circular economy solution for batteries, Leon Farrant, CEO and Co-founder says, “there is nothing more responsible than being able to rejuvenate what we have already used… We take a product, which is recycled batteries, typically worth between 2-5k dollars per metric tonne, and we turn it into battery-grade, precursor cathode active material. What that means for a battery recycler is that they can 4x-10x their profitability.” ♻️ Founded in 2020, this Singapore-based start-up focuses on full rejuvenation of Lithium-ion batteries, which makes battery recycling a commercially viable option. Hi Bridget, this is definitely a good idea, recycling should be accessible to everyone. You should try to send the climate idea to your local politicians maybe? Suraksha is not working with this topic :)
