Thanks for recommending our podcast! We wanted to open the lid on the hidden ingredient fueling our food system — fossil fuels. It's almost never acknowledged that the food we eat consumes 15% of global fossil fuel use - from the environmental costs of fertilizers to the ubiquity of plastic packaging, from the fuel in the tractor, to the gas firing the stove. Across 7 episodes, and featuring world-leading experts, the series unpacks the links between fossil fuels, farming, food, and the fight for a sustainable future. It reveals why the food system is ripe for change—and how we can transform it. We'd love to hear what you found surprising – or the most hopeful solutions – from the podcast? Lastly, if you enjoyed listening, please recommend it to your friends, colleagues and family members!

Making people afraid of even eating their daily food, they need to eat to go on living, loving, fighting, growing and being happy, has nothing to do with any environmental knowledge and/or taking action to change one’s lifestyle and to give through that knowledge to coming generations, but it’s a total unwanted way to promote such a wrong information source, wrong not because the information given was wrong, no only because such a fearful description of anything touching directly our daily lives, is against the law of keeping social peace, and not disturbing it by formulating anything where we still fully depend on, in such devastating terms, “to open our eyes”, We must be realistic, true and friendly in giving our opinions, but never pressurize the reader to get acclaim in a world already in turmoil.
