The concentration of carbon dioxide emissions in the atmosphere reached an unprecedented level this month 415 PPM. ' Researchers at the fossil fuel giant Exxon saw it coming decades ago. In 1982, Exxon scientist projected carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere. Not only did Exxon predict the rise in emissions, but it also understood how severe the consequences would be. And they have invested heavy sums to cover it up from the public. In a report, the company expected that, by 2020, carbon dioxide in the atmosphere would reach roughly 400 to 420 ppm. This month’s measurement of 415 ppm is right within the expected curve Exxon projected under its “21st Century Study-High Growth scenario.” Read more about this: https://tinyurl.com/y64agouf and https://www.cnbc.com/2017/08/23/exxon-mobil-misled-the-public-on-climate-change-harvard-study-finds.html or google #ExxonKnew.
