Out of a record-high 417 applications, We Don’t Have is one of the 31 chosen partners.
”Your success in our selection process reflects your commitment to making a difference. Your expertise and dedication will play a crucial role in driving climate action efforts across the EU”, writes the EU Climate Pact in its announcement letter to We Don’t Have Time.
The European Climate Pact was launched by the European Commission as part of the European Green Deal. The Pact brings individuals, communities, and organizations together to build a more sustainable Europe and help the EU become climate-neutral by 2050. Climate Pact members are part of a community that will shape the future of EU climate policy and inspire a broader audience to join the cause. According to the EU Commission, ”this is not just a partnership; it is an opportunity to be part of a community that will shape the future of EU climate policy and inspire a broader audience to join the cause.”

Ingmar Rentzhog, CEO and founder of We Don't Have Time, believes that his organization’s diverse network and global reach will be invaluable in its new role as a Climate Pact Partner.

ABOUT THE EU CLIMATE PACT
The Pact’s objectives:- Raise awareness of climate issues and EU actions
- Encourage climate action & catalyse engagement
- Connect citizens and organisations that act on climate and help them to learn from each other
Who can apply?To be eligible to apply for a partnership, an organization has to meet the following criteria:- Is based in an EU Member State
- Has a membership/is part of a network or does outreach to various stakeholders
- Actively engages with citizens, community groups and other stakeholders
- Is motivated to contribute to tackling climate change
- Aligns with the Climate Pact values;
- Shares concrete climate action commitments
- Belongs to one of the below categories of organisations: Non-profit organisations : (e.g., NGOs, networks, associations, alliances, charities) Education, culture and scientific organisations: (e.g., universities, research institutes, museums, scientific associations, foundations, schools) Public sector organisations: (e.g., local government, government agencies, Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Health, international organisations)
