Clean energy, which under IEA’s definition includes nuclear power, is now estimated to account for more than half the 65 million energy sector jobs globally.

Job security has frequently been an argument for avoiding or limiting legislation that would phase out fossil fuels. This data point shows that such thinking is simply wrong. There is a huge opportunity if governments encourage the development of clean energy, an opportunity which, unlike fossil fuels jobs, will last for several generations.

I am interested in learning more about and decarbonizing my community one building at a time. Can you refer me to local companies in the U.S. that can help me achieve that?

I suggest that our discussions of decarbonization and alternative energy from water and Asmaa is the appropriate solution

Job security for coal mine workers should not be more important than for solar panels installators.
And together we've planted over 150,000 trees. One tree is planted for every climate review written to an organization that is Open for Climate Dialogue™.
