🌍 From climate-positive neighbourhoods to greener ports, renewable hydrogen and sustainable school food, the Green Deal Call has turned ambitious ideas into practical action across Europe.
On 29 October, the Green Deal Projects Support Office (GD-SO) invites you to join the 10th and final webinar of the Network of Multipliers, bringing the community together to celebrate achievements, share final results and reflect on the legacy built through years of collaboration.
🔎 The webinar will put the spotlight on four EU-funded projects working on different dimensions of Europe’s green transition:
🏘️ ARV, demonstrating how neighbourhoods can become climate-positive circular communities through building renovation, clean energy and circular construction.
⚓ MAGPIE, testing clean fuels, digital technologies and automated logistics to support smarter and greener European ports.
💧 REFHYNE 2, scaling up renewable hydrogen production with a 100 MW electrolyser in Germany to support the decarbonisation of industrial and refinery operations.
🥕 SchoolFood4Change, using healthier and more sustainable school meals to drive wider changes in food consumption and production, benefiting children, communities and the environment.
Since its first webinar in 2022, the GD-SO Network of Multipliers has created a space for stakeholders across Europe and beyond to connect directly with Green Deal Call-funded projects and learn from their work.
For this final session, we’ll look not only at what these projects have achieved, but also at the knowledge, connections and results that can continue supporting Europe’s green transition.

About the GD-SO:
To help deliver on the European Green Deal, the EU made EUR 1 billion available under the Green Deal call - the last and biggest call under Horizon 2020. Projects funded under the call contribute to the EU’s response to the climate crisis and help protect Europe’s unique ecosystems and biodiversity. These projects aim to deliver tangible results in the short to medium term. They focus on rapid scalability, dissemination and uptake to bring concrete benefits to Europeans in their daily life.
The Green Deal Projects Support Office (GD-SO) was established in 2021 to maximise the impact of the Green Deal Call projects by facilitating collaboration, promoting knowledge exchange, and showcasing best practices across the portfolio. Working through five thematic groups (Climate Change and Biodiversity, Clean Energy, Urban Environment and Mobility, Food and Health, and Knowledge and Citizens), the GD-SO helps strengthen the visibility, coherence and uptake of project results across Europe and beyond.
