I recently received my order from Ecosia and I have to say… this is the best packaging I have ever seen, it is a piece of art in its own right! 💚 Ecosia plants 20 trees for every T-shirt purchased, the material used is 50% post consumer recycled organic cotton and 50% organic cotton. Now I can plant the seeds for people to use the search engine that plants trees! 🙌🌱 https://ecosiashop.com/

You do not realize nothing is sustainable unless the growing, manufacturing and shipping are also sustainable. None of that is. Even the organic cotton is almost certainly not sustainable. Organic is not equal to sustainable. Unless Ecosia can show those things are sustainable, I cannot get excited about this. This is an example if the right intentions, but failing to understand sustainability. Worse? Planting trees is a near-total waste if time. If you are not creating a forest or foid forest - a functioning ecosystem - the trees do little to help with climate and most will fail to thrive.
