Use local personnel

SVT is financed by our taxes and there are quite often program about the climate crisis and how big the problem is. Therefore I would suggest to SVT to use local personnel for their own productions. You couldn’t defend to have people flying from Stockholm to Umeå (north of Sweden) every day, when SVT have competent personnel on site.
