To get a total grip on food waste, Sopköket provides meals made from rescued food waste to caterings, restaurants, e-commerce, and circular frozen meals. Since 2015, Sopköket has reduced food waste by 35 tonnes, donated 27,000 meals to people in need, and created jobs for disadvantaged people.
