Catering on food waste has saved 35 tonnes of food
To get a total grip on food waste, Sopköket provides meals made from rescued food waste to caterings, restaurants, e-commerce, and circular frozen meals. Since 2015, Sopköket has reduced food waste by 35 tonnes, donated 27,000 meals to people in need, and created jobs for disadvantaged people. I had the pleasure of tasting their delicious soup and apple pie during the two days of Sustainability Expo (17-18 May) in Stockholm. What an important job they do and they aslo had some very nice people working there. I believe the man who served my soup on the last day was the founder, Filip Lundin. Greetings and keep up the good work! :)
