I really enjoyed my conversation with Jarvis Smith on UK Health Radio.

We covered a lot of ground, but one topic I found especially interesting to talk about how cancel culture may have played a role in Donald Trump's re-election—and what we should do next. Canceling something you don’t like doesn’t make it disappear. In fact, it often has the opposite effect. The far left has contributed to this dynamic, and now the far right is poised to do the same. It’s time to stop canceling each other and start listening. That’s the only way forward—out of this cycle and towards real progress.

I also had the pleasure of playing some songs during the show—one of them was Just Some Bad Winds Blow by my colleague and dear friend Nick Nuttall. It’s a powerful reminder that the wind can and will change for the better—fast. We just need to hold on and keep pushing forward.
