Due to gravitational forces between the Earth and the Moon, the rotation of Earth is slowing down, and the days are getting longer. In a few billion years, a day on Earth will last for a month. Climate change is never going away. Be on the correct side of the fight. Nature will adapt. Will we?

Ecosystems are the building blocks of the commodity economy, and if the Indian Prime Minister wants to bring ecosystems and economy together, he has to ensure that this balance is maintained. #SaveTheTiger

In ancient history, humankind's relationship with nature began as Darwinian Survival, as resistance to nature, whether from wild animals or the climate. If in the beginning, the need to resist nature had been survival, this need has been evolving as a crescendo of needs, each one looking to consume resources in a space mostly limited to Earth and has now evolved into mastery of nature, not harmony with it. Climate change shows humankind that mastery of nature is not where we are at, yet the elites desire this because they resist nature and many believe that we will achieve this and are nonchalent. What is possible is greater harmony with nature. It is what is needed in the era of human influence called the Anthropocene, not technical mastery of nature.

The world already emits so much carbon di oxide, for example, when we breathe, that clean energy will not save it from climate change, and yet the world economy is now just beginning to substantially invest in carbon capture, and often as an expense, not service.

The best solution for fuel discharges and climate change is for fuels to become cleaner. That said, only carbon capture can save the world from climate change, not just a shift to clean energy.

If one truly knew science, one would be aware of how distant it still is from nature, that some basic processes of nature cannot be human made. Doing otherwise would offend environmentalists, so I must be in step with nature's balance in my scientific work.

Climate Justice, to be effective, must avoid the tendency to become like normal vendetta politics and should instead create culture like science does, with its self-evident truths. Design rights for nature based on scientific inference of the Anthropocene. https://www.asianage.com/india/all-india/080120/nature-should-have-rights-just-as-much-as-human-beings-do.html

Nature cycles all matter because unlike the economy, it is not under ownership, where producers bear costs during production that are offset to society, nature and capital circulates. Climate change needs us to lessen costs on nature and society. India should look to palpably address the potential loss of land, especially in North India, due to melting of glaciers in the Himalayas. A similar case might exist for mountain systems across the world, from the Alps in Europe to the Rocky Mountains in America, global warming might lead to the loss of land, flooding and formation of large lakes, seasonal or not, which is subject to specific geographic conditions.

Air pollution from India and China, especially carbon pollution, is a major contributary factor to this.

It is true that global warming and climate change can have serious consequences for mountain regions around the world. Melting glaciers in the Himalayas and other mountain ranges can lead to the loss of land, flooding, and the formation of large lakes. This can have significant impacts on local communities, particularly in areas where people rely on the land for agriculture or other livelihoods. It is important that India and other countries take steps to address the potential impacts of climate change in mountain regions and work to mitigate and adapt to these changes. This may include efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, as well as measures to protect and preserve mountain ecosystems.

The bureaucracy at #COP27 is a clumsy one because most of the things that national economies invest in are not strengths to combating climate change. You need all nations to make budgets for a climate economy before any global economic meetings can start a dialogue on adaptation. As the economic costs of climate change rise over time, any loss and damage strategy from rich nations to developing economies is bound to collapse. Do not forget. The world leaves #COP27 with no comprehensive global economic budget or plan to transition to a climate economy. What's happening with climate change is that governments and corporations are so used to taking criticism from the public that they'd rather fail on the climate than take financial losses from bearing the sunk costs of climate adaptation in a rapid way. #ClimateEmergency

Large parts of the public do not take part in combating climate change largely due to the fact that throughout human history, knowledge of nature and the action oriented to this end has been going away from the people and into mastery of nature by the few. I trace the history of climate change in human society from when nature was worshipped in ancient societies and how this worship was corrupted by culture, that had diluted the epistemology of how a knowledge of nature was interpreted, from the natural Gods that Hegel described that the ancients began to interpret as self-conscious to the newer ways of cultural thought more distant from Darwinian Survival. If in the beginning, the need to resist nature had been survival, this need has been evolving as a crescendo of needs, each one looking to consume resources in a space mostly limited to Earth and has now evolved into mastery of nature, not harmony with it. https://kavishrai.wordpress.com/2022/10/19/a-history-of-climate-change-in-human-society/
