I am an Organizational Development and Human Resources consultant based in Washington, D.C., and I volunteer with ReScape, a not-for-profit organization training the workforce for regenerative landscaping (www.rescapeca.org). ReScape is helping address the urgent climate, water, soil, and biodiversity problems by training the workforce that will regenerate our planet. We have focused on regenerative landscaping and its tremendous power to make urban and suburban landscapes and gardens better able to build health and vitality in soil; save, absorb and purify water; be a home for biodiversity, and create resilience to climate change. ReScape has been in existence for several years in the US. Our nature-based solutions are now needed everywhere and more than ever before! We must go global!
