Serving great vegan steaks

Last night it was my turn to try the now-famous 3D-printed vegan Filet Mignon at restaurant ChouChou in Stockholm, Sweden. Did it live up to its reputation? Oh, yes. Even the meat-loving gourmand in the company was pleasantly surprised by both its texture and taste. If we want to keep our planet from overheating, we simply can't have billions of people eating cow meat. This is why great-tasting alternatives like this one are so important. Great work, head chef and vegan food influencer @Gustav_Johansson, who (among other things) also runs JΓ€vligt Gott, Sweden’s largest vegan food blog.

With that in place, there's no reason as to why we shouldn't all turn to vegan alternatives

Glad if it can help meat lovers on their journey to a plant-based diet
