      Yes 🙌 so many studies proving this point. Like forest baths. Outside of studies, we feel it anyway. Even just seeing greens has proven it's relaxing effects, that's why we use plants indoors for offices schools etc. 💚🍃

        Nature lifts us in other ways, too: Think smells and sounds. The feeling of the sun’s warm rays. Or just the fact that you’re getting out of the stress of your home or office. “It’s probably a mix of a lot of things,”....thankyou for sharing @sweta. It's a great and educational survey
