City of Dan Diego has experienced relatively cool 2023,but global temperatures shattered the records.Earth has now registered 12 consecutive months of record high,threatening the internationally agreed upon goal of limiting global warming to 1.5°C above preindustrial levels according to climate central,a non profit focused on climate change. "Show your stripes day"organized by climate activists to share warming stripes graphs across the cities to generate urgency on addressing climate change,each stripe demonstrates the dramatic changes of climate.
