For Creatively advising people to use more refurbished IPhones
Visitors to Apple Stores are surprised by messages telling them not to buy a new iPhone
A number of visitors to the official Apple Store in several cities around the world were surprised by strange messages across phone screens, through an AirDrop connection, asking them not to progress in trying to buy new iPhones.
According to a video clip published by the official account of BackMarket on YouTube, a process was tested in the official Apple stores in London, Paris, and Berlin, in order to try to persuade customers to stop buying a new iPhone and go to refurbished phones, or known as Refurbished, provided by the company.
The video of the site, which specializes in selling refurbished devices and tools, shows that they have prepared messages for iPhone phones that are sent via AirDrop technology and embedded them in a phone that was hidden inside a water bottle on a bicycle and that they are standing in front of stores in the capitals of France, England, and Germany.
The messages include attempts to persuade visitors not to buy a new iPhone and move to order remanufactured devices again, in an attempt to reduce the company's manufacturing operations and help in the concept of reducing carbon emissions in general in order to confront the phenomenon of climate change.
