I was told that Farming sustainably will soon be generating extra income from farms as the carbon sequestered through specified Regenerative Agric practices will generate carbon credits that when verified and sold will give cash. EXTRA income!!! Asides the cash, soils will be healthy, yields will increase, micro/ macronutrients will be increased in the grains/ fruits meeting export standards and saving our planet as the farmer will aid in offsetting GHGs emitted even by others. I'm in love with this development already. Can someone tell me, is this true?

This is amazing. We need to diversify sustainable agriculture as a win win solution for both farmers and our mother planet.

@rukia_ahmed_abdi The approach should involve empowering local communities to actively engage in the development and implementation of sustainable agriculture.

@rukia_ahmed_abdi Indeed, diversifying sustainable agriculture presents a win-win solution benefiting both farmers and the environment. By embracing diverse farming practices, we can enhance soil health, conserve water, and mitigate climate change impacts, all while ensuring livelihoods for farmers and safeguarding the planet for future generations. It's a positive step towards a more resilient and sustainable food system.
