Thank you for your kind reply and advice. My intent is to sensitize those who follow my review so as to find better attention in their actions. A good idea would be to produce a periodic questionnaire to be proposed in the company (with many employees) to know the history of the person so as to see if there are restlessness in the present of the workers. The greater the attention to oneself, the greater the attention to the work we do.
