Over the last few years one can notice the change around Mount Kenya Uni environs. The area is greened by tree planting and flower gardens. Outside gate A you can see the beautiful trees and grass. I would like to invite other campuses to join in the climate change advocacy by doing the same. I'd also like to recognize other universities that are also at the forefront in regards to climate change. Shout out to universities like Kenyatta university, JKUAT, UON, Africa Nazarene, Strathmore and the many others that have joined hands with MKU and the MKU environmental club. You are heroes in this war and for that you're really appreciated.
