The German climate protection NGO SaveClimate.Earth shows: personal CO2 budgets are a social and fair, but above all more effective alternative to EU certificate trading and the CO2 tax. Their book "Exit strategy climate currency ECO, with personal emission budgets the climatic goal attain" appeared on 12 January in the German book trade. The eBook can be downloaded free of charge - but is only available in German for the time being.
