The Valley, Amsterdam, an example for city building? This week, as Investment Committee of the pension fund, we had an update on real estate developments in AMSTERDAM. Amsterdam has a huge building task in Noord and on the Zuis-As, the financial district. There is a good example of a future-proof building called The Valley. All modern ideas of circular and ecological construction are applied here.
