COP29 Nov 13 — Business leaders for Ecocide Law: Criminalising Ecocide & Levelling the Playing Field

Mass environmental destruction can be made a crime within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, making it possible to hold top decision makers accountable for acts that are so destructive that they are of concern to the international community. Businesses are coming out in public support of the initiative. In this session, business representatives explore how this law benefits climate and why responsible businesses want to support it.
