Does anybody know if this is ethical towards natives and residents? What I mean is: can we be sure no native/resident has been kicked out for a handful of money (or worse, threatening arrest/fines if they didn't leave) because they needed the land? Hawaiian land and people have been exploited so many times by corporations and other entities, so I wanna be sure this is actually ethical before I "agree" 😊
