Research suggests that certain chemicals found in plastics, such as BPA and phthalates, may be linked to various health problems, including cancer, autism, and ADHD.

We need to come up with ways of disposing plastics or do away with them completely inorder to reduce the harm caused by the plastics.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a group of behavioural symptoms that include inattentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsiveness in children. Research over the years has suggested that it is poor sleep in the children that is the cause. Professor Sandra Kooij, of VU Medical Centre in Amsterdam, said: ‘If you review the evidence, it looks more and more like ADHD and sleeplessness are two sides of the same physiological and mental coin.’ This gave me the idea of using my insomnia cure on ADHD as well, all the children it was tested on were soon given a clean bill of health. To get the sleep you get at the coast when the wind blows in from the sea just heat salt water in an oil burner overnight. In just five nights sleep problems are cured, and this takes with it all symptoms of mental illness. Sound too dangerous? Then heat the salt water during the day to simulate a walk by the sea side.

@andy_kadir_buxton_320 By transitioning to alternative materials and promoting recycling and reuse initiatives, we can significantly decrease the amount of plastic waste entering our environment.
