Bridging Science and Policy in Africa.

For the purpose of creating solutions for a sustainable future for all, Stockholm Environment Institute link science and decision-making in Africa. Their work includes governance, the economy, gender, and health issues as well as issues relating to the environment, water, air, and land use. The key to their efforts to increase capacity, fortify institutions, and prepare partners for long-term transformation is stakeholder engagement.
Decision-makers and civil society can access their expertise and conclusions thanks to our open access content, publications in prestigious academic journals, and repackaging for efficient decision support. They bring together decision-makers, scholars, and practitioners to foster discussion and knowledge exchange, and they engage in global policy processes, development action, and corporate practice.
