Uganda has just started to extract it's minerals and most of them are untapped but you find that the climate severity is evident and most Ugandans are sleepless due to harsh climatic conditions , that is heavy rains, diseases due to air pollution given that the rate of biodiversity loss is very high, you mention but this is happening in the beginning. What is likely to happen in the near future.

It is great to see that Net zero targets are now being considered as business opportunities through sustainable financing by leaders of energy sectors. Green Building technologies also have huge scope. Gratitude to "WeDontHaveTime" for allowing virtual audience to watch it.

Africa has huge potential and abundance of renewable energy but the irony is that it has less investments in this regard. Doubling energy efficiency and tripling the renewable energy focus will still leave Africa behind unless the technology transfer is accessible and affordable.
