Galvanize momentum for Global Instrument on Plastic Pollution

But plastic pollution is so ubiquitous that worrying amounts of microplastics are nevertheless ending up in our bodies through food, water, and even packaging. And the pathways of exposure are widening. Humanity is now producing an estimated 500 million metric tons of plastic per year. That is projected to triple by 2060.
