On this Day of International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste (IDAFLW), Sopköket shared their philosophy on how to use food that can not be sold any longer, for some reason, remaking it into new delicious dishes. New is that dishes will be made, frozen, and sold in the same store that the “food waste” came from. Sopköket is also sharing by giving meals away to vulnerable. Way to go!
