This award spotlights the achievements of women breaking barriers in corporate environments, with both Paeper and Vance exemplifying Trane’s dedication to diversity, inclusion, and innovation. Holly Paeper, President of Trane Technologies’ Commercial HVAC business, has shown outstanding leadership since joining in 2016, holding roles such as President of Life Science Solutions and General Manager for Data Center Precision Cooling. An advocate for STEM, she has earned recognition for championing entrepreneurship, diversity, and sustainability within the industry. Meanwhile, Charlene Vance, as the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) General Manager for Thermo King Americas, leads product growth strategy and innovation for sustainable APU solutions. In addition, she serves as the leader of Trane’s Women’s Employee Network and is active on the Minneapolis/St. Paul community board for the Jeremiah Program.
Trane Technologies joined Paradigm for Parity in 2017 as the first in its industry, underscoring its commitment to closing the gender gap in leadership.
