Climate love

The rhetorician about why we damage the climate even though we don't want to - and what can make us do the right thing

Maria Wolrath Söderberg is associate professor of rhetoric at Södertörn University and researches the Swedes' attitude to climate issues, and how we negotiate with ourselves when we do climate-damaging things. In addition, she investigates which driving forces make us change for the sake of the climate. In the podcast "Klimatgap" she talks more about these issues.
- Many people experience an inner rift between how they live and worries about the future. And strangely enough, it's quite fun to talk about. We humans are so crazy sometimes, but we can also be incredibly wise and take responsibility, if we understand that there is a crisis.
Here is a subtitled version of Maria Wolrath Söderberg's Summer Program. The text remains 30 days after the last program aired on August 20.
