There is a time of year when there is drought and famine everywhere.Farms are bare wells and rivers have all gone dry.But we can prepare for these times when the climate is favourable.We can save up food that goes bad during the rainy season and water can be harvested for the tough times. Conferences that are held to discuss such important matters should be made a priority.Leaders who make them happen should be commended and supported to eradicate poverty and hunger.
