Nema has become the problem because it doesn't do its job, everywhere in Kenya it's clear to the eyes that there's pollution going on but they do nothing.

Despite regulations banning the use of plastic bags in Kenya, illegal use and disposal of plastic bags continue to be a major problem.

It's disheartening to see an authority tasked with protecting the environment falling short of its responsibilities. NEMA's failure to enforce regulations, especially against powerful corporations, undermines public trust and harms the very ecosystems it should be safeguarding. Immediate action and accountability are crucial to restoring faith and ensuring a healthier environment for all Kenyans.

This is wrong especially when the organisation responsible for ensuring that the environment is protected fails .

@jane_wangui It’s particularly troubling when the very organization tasked with protecting the environment falls short of its duties. This not only undermines public trust but also allows harmful practices to continue unchecked, leading to further environmental degradation.
