It is long overdue that the media of all sectors be held to account for printing, reporting and digitization of faulshoods and stories not supported by the evidential facts. It is time for Governments to bring legislation to prevent this as they cause emence harm, financial loss to the economy and destruction to the environment. All for money and sensationalism.

Thank you @the_washington_post for replying. Should this policy be interpreted as your paper being okay with knowingly publishing full-page lies? If someone paid for an ad arguing that heroin is actually very healthy, backning up this claim with various sources, would you publish that advert as well? Just curious, since I really like reading The Post.
