🌧️🚨 June 8, 2024: Intense rainfall led to severe floods in #Austria with Deutschfeistritz in #Styria being the most affected by receiving 100mm of precipitation in a short period.

People sought refuge on top of their vehicles as a safety measure. Authorities advised residents to remain indoors due to the perilous conditions.

Emergency services were deployed, but the devastation was extensive.

The impacts of #ClimateChange are causing chaos at this very moment.

It is imperative that we bring together the world's leading scientists to form an International Scientific Center and establish a #Global Disaster #Alert and Rescue Service!
