Looking forward to July but this should just be a resound of our daily obligations of collecting existing plastic wastes as well as emphasis on reusables.

Let's take the challenge and clean up our surroundings.

The initiative is quite amazing but I of the opinion that it's not just discouraging and sensitizing consumers on the hazardous use of any sort of plastics but the loud voice should reach manufacturers and the governments in halting plastic production and resolute to reusable and eco-friendly alternatives.

Thats great. Many organizations worldwide, one of them Cinema Planeta in Mexico, are doing this since many years. And I think @plasticfreejuly should focus on ALL plastics, not only the single use. Plastic is everywhere and many people are not aware. Include clothes, shoes, furniture, fabrics, tools, phones, cars, cosmetics to make people aware of the challenge. Plastic has transformed into an avalanche and unfortunately the single use plastic is only the tip of the iceberg.
