Perhaps Jeff Bezos with his substantial earth fund should sponsor a handful of documentary film makers in each nation of the world and follow their stories as they try to adapt to a low carbon lifestyle!
This would not only make great streaming viewing for Amazon (reality TV) but also offers the possibility of amazing local and global role models for citizens to see their progress, understand the different global practices and to share in their trials and tribulations.
Allowing viewer's to understand how they can overcome the day to day hurdles of living a low carbon life would give everyday people, grounded practical examples of the changes they could make to shift to a similar carbon reduction.....
The possibilities and spinoffs are endless - if Jeff won't do it perhaps another TV network will? Only sustainably produced products and services need apply for the advertising rights!
