There may be a problem with Hydrogen, it has to be separated from water, and the emission is water, and a gas (Oxygen) the separation of salt, oxygen, and hydrogen, on a large scale can be a problem, as well as delivery of a volatile substance. It must be researched very carefully, separation must be done in-situ, not a delivery option - it is a very simple process and much less dangerous, we don't need another gasoline type delivery system.
