Thinking Beyond Charging!

How awesome would it be if we may have our cell phones working without the need of charging? Means, we do not have to carry chargers, charging cables and powerbanks! I like this freedom and I admire Ericsson's imagination. Ericsson, in collaboration with MIT is working to find out how zero-energy devices could harness energy from their surroundings and work on that energy.         This reminds me of when I got fascinated by old Swiss watches that never needed winding up as a child and I set my self the challenge to adapt the mechanism for electrical devices and also came up with an alternative design. I'm curious to see what solutions Ericsson and MIT will come up with... From the article I already noticed some challenges other universities may already have potential solutions for. It could help for Ericsson to broaden their collaboration.
