On June 21, 2024, unprecedented floods struck the Guangdong province of #China claiming nine lives and causing extensive devastation.

With more rainfall and the possibility of landslides looming, authorities are on high alert. Rescue teams are working tirelessly to evacuate residents and manage the catastrophe. 🌍

The reality of climate change is undeniable and deadly.

We urgently require a #worldwide #scientific coalition and an international disaster alert and rescue system!
