No much knowledge on green energy in Africa like other countries like China hence less jobs in this sector

Renewable energy jobs drop in Africa.

Renewable energy jobs drops in Africa for the last five years despite the race to use sustainable energy, this means that green energy has not been embraced fully and still there is much use of fossils.even if there is no much knowledge and skill on clean energy in Africa at least it should try more like other countries like China,US e.t.c.

African countries sure do have along way to go. This is an industry we should explore. For our planet and for employment as well.

Unstable financial situations, and limited access to private and foreign financing are some of the main barriers hindering the full exploitation of renewable energy in Africa.

@grace_njeri_804 If this is the case more investors should be asked to be more generous for the greater good.We must free ourselves from the claws of fossil fuels.

The decline in renewable energy jobs in Africa, as reported in this article, is concerning in the context of the global push for sustainable and climate-friendly energy sources. It highlights a significant gap in embracing green energy solutions in the region, with limited knowledge and skills in the sector. As the rest of the world, including China and the US, advances in renewable energy, Africa should consider further efforts to develop its clean energy industry. This situation underscores the importance of promoting clean energy initiatives to combat climate change and create job opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

This is so worrying especially considering that Africa is the worst hit by climate change effects. Civil education must be invested in to save the continent.
