The deteriorating air quality in New Delhi is a cause for concern. The fact that the air quality index has reached the "severe" category is alarming, efforts should be made to address the underlying causes of this pollution and implement measures to improve the air quality in the long term.

This is a major concern and the Indian authorities must work hard to stop hazardous behaviours. Clean cities means less pollution and Carbon footprint in India and around the globe.
