Join our mission to fundamentally changing how we use our resources in buildings!
We want to contribute towards a more sustainable use of energy and water in buildings generally and the restaurant business specifically. We’ve developed a concept where we will reuse heat and water from the restaurant to run an integrated greenhouse growing our own ingredients with minimal footprint.
The idea is to inspire others to make as big impact as possible by showing how we better can use our resources and at the same time develop a profitable business.
The pilot project is under construction and we’ve already raised the load-bearing structure. For the construction we focus on sustainable building materials like wood and cellular glass instead of steel and concrete.
In the restaurant we will serve primarily pizzas and burgers. We already have proof of concept of the pizzas since I’ve run a small pizza business with great success from my home garden while developing the concept.

Super cool! When do you plan to open? And where is it located? Would definitely visit if it's reachable by public public transport from Stockholm!

@sarah_chabane Well, it's in the very south of Sweden, just north of Trelleborg. Reachable by public transportation from Stockholm, but it'll take you some hours ;-) We hope to finish construction this year.
