Designed to maximize energy efficiency, this visionary vehicle achieved a record-breaking journey of over 1,000 kilometers on a single charge, navigating real-world conditions from Sindelfingen to Cassis. Since its launch in 2022, the VISION EQXX has excelled across diverse terrains and climates, covering over a thousand kilometers in daily traffic, mountainous regions, deserts, and even high-speed laps at Silverstone. Its remarkable energy efficiency withstood everything from chilly 3°C mornings to scorching 34°C desert afternoons, delivering an extraordinary range without needing to stop for a charge. This electric efficiency on long trips shows Mercedes’ commitment to both luxury and sustainability.

The VISION EQXX combines aerodynamic excellence with sophisticated design, demonstrating its prowess in real-world journeys. On its first trip from Sindelfingen to Cassis, it covered 1,008 kilometers in just over 11 hours, arriving with an impressive 140 kilometers of range left. Achieving an energy consumption of only 8.7 kWh per 100 kilometers at an average speed of 87.4 km/h, the EQXX set a new standard for efficiency, showing the world that long-distance electric travel is both feasible and thrilling.

Mercedes-Benz’s commitment to energy efficiency shone again as the VISION EQXX journeyed from Stuttgart to Silverstone, traversing 1,202 kilometers, including multiple fast laps on the racetrack. Formula One engineering expertise made the vehicle capable of achieving high performance and efficiency in demanding conditions, highlighting Mercedes’ blend of innovation and precision in electric vehicle design.

Mercedes engineers meticulously crafted the VISION EQXX to maximize energy output while minimizing drag, weight, and heat. Equipped with solar panels, advanced thermal management, and intelligent energy assistance, the EQXX represents Mercedes’ dedication to pushing the boundaries of electric vehicle technology.
