At the Dragonfly's Den on the COP27 Climate Hub, November 10:
Aimee Thompson, CTO of Loop Farms and Julie Rosenfeld, COO of Loop Farms pitched their initiative of modular, zero waste, circular farms that can be sent out to urban centers to grow food and feed people with local food produced where most people already live. This leads to more food in less space, with less waste.
