Summer has not begun yet and wildfires in Siberia are already visible by satellite!! and it is not just Siberia: this small but active fire is an ArcticFire, burning inside the Arctic Circle. It is located less than 140 km from the Arctic Ocean and it is clearly still surrounded by frozen rivers and lakes. After the huge number of wildfires that have devastated central and western Russia, the wildfire season could early start also for the northern Siberia as a consequence of Climate Change.
