Kenya to issue green conduct certificates as an incentive to climate actions.
The cabinet secretary of environment madam Tuya said that as an incentive towards climate actions, the government will start to issue green conduct certificates.
The ministry will coordinate and bring everybody on the table to keep enriching the government strategy to deal with climate change.
To break down the government ambitious plan to plant 15 billion trees, she noted that its only 30 trees per year per person.
