University of Arizona and Smithsonian led a study that showed how earth global temperature has drastically changed in the past many many years,the study was published in the journal science, researchers tried to do an approach they called data assimilation and they tried to combine geological method and climate models to create the temperature curve so that they can relate from ancient data and now because it may be hard for them to find rocks as old as millions years that can be accurate for such findings.
