A stadium powered by 100% renewable energy for the Super Bowl?

This year’s Super Bowl took place in the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, which is 100% powered by renewables.
The stadium is powered by off-site solar, wind, geothermal and hydroelectric power. It has also taken other measures for energy efficiency and emissions reductions, including waste diversion, food waste collection, etc.
Having stadiums implement sustainability measures is a good step to make sports greener!
Do you have other examples of what sports clubs or stadiums have implemented to reduce their impact on the planet? 👇

A football stadium is a powerful machine that consumes a significant amount of electricity during a match, with estimates ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 KWh (depending on the stadium's size). This is enough energy to power more than a dozen households for a year.

@zelda_ninga_442 it therefore means that stadium should improve their energy efficiency to be able to consume less electricity (even if it is renewables)

This is encouraging, running on clean energy is possible, it all requires great efforts and commitments

This is great idea generating energy to people that produces no greenhouse emission and reduces air pollution this a great way to go.

Green energy is proving to achieve the imaginable. Amazing to see a 100 percent renewable energy-powered stadium. This must be embraced across the globe.

Well, isn't this a great way to bring people together for climate awareness and renewable energy unified by sports.... I think all stadia should adopt renewable energy.
